A total of about 13 km of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border has been delimited, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.
The minister said that the work has not stopped and is continuing: “The delimitation commissions of the two countries are operating intensively. Although delimitation is a political process, it involves many technical details. There is agreement on the general approach: the process will be carried out from north to south. We know that the delimitation process will not be implemented all at once, but in stages. The issue of enclaves and exclaves will be resolved. All these matters are in focus. The positive dynamics observed in 2025 are also giving a positive impetus to the delimitation process.”
