"I noted that Azerbaijan is ready to start the process of delimitation and demarcation with Armenia without preconditions," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference following the meeting with EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi today.
Bayramov said it was crucial to return hundreds of thousands of people to the liberated lands and create conditions that promote security. "We had also discussions on these issues. All this shows how broad the agenda of cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan is. We believe that the discussions held at today's meeting will yield results in the coming months. "
