On February 11, 2026, the second consular consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary were held in Baku, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
The Azerbaijani delegation at the consultations was led by Emil Safarov, Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Hungarian delegation was led byBalázs Farkas, Head of the Department of Consular Affairs and Citizenship of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The meeting was also attended by Tamas Torma, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as officials from the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Employment Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Science and Education, and the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan.
