“We discussed the situation in our countries, our regions,” said Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turkovic at the joint press conference with her Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.
She noted that she informed Azerbaijani FM on the political crisis in her country: “I said that it is a threat both to the country and Western Balkans. An agreement signed years ago, supports of different countries paved the way to our progress. Although some agencies in our country want to create problems in the activity of state agencies in our country, as well as in the Western Balkans. I believe that this destructive activity will be prevented.”
The head of the MFA stressed that they also discussed Karabakh at the meeting with J. Bayramov: “It is very nice to see the building, reconstruction here instead of a battlefield.”
B. Turkovic stated that both countries mutually expressed support to each other’s territorial integrity.
