10 Armenians and 1 ethnic Russian living in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh have been handed over to Armenia, said Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
He said that they had applied to the relevant authorities, requesting to move to Armenia, and based on these applications, they were brought to Armenia.
According to information obtained by APA, the transfer of Armenians living in Karabakh to Armenia was facilitated according to their written requests and wishes.
