Throughout the night, our constant cooperation continued during the dialogue with the Russian peacekeeping forces, said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, at a briefing for the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
He stressed that certain messages were delivered to the Armenian residents of Garabagh through this means: "In this regard, the security of the local population was ensured in a coordinated manner. As a continuation of the process, we continued our measures with Russian peacekeepers and international partners, proposals were put forward. Finally, an agreement was reached to stop the process at 13:00.”
