"We are repeating again that Azerbaijan’s goal is the peaceful integration of the Armenian-origin residents of Garabagh and we support the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan," said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, at a briefing for the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
“But it was unacceptable to have a military force of 10,000-stong on the territory of independent Azerbaijan,” H. Hajiyev emphasized.
