Azerbaijan, Armenia very close to signing peace agreement - Turkish FM

We are now in a period where the global system is changing," Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan said as he delivered a speech at the XI Global Baku Forum, APA reports.

"Azerbaijan has urged the OSCE Minsk Group to resolve the Garabagh conflict for 30 years. But the OSCE, on the contrary, tried to prolong the conflict. As a result, Azerbaijan established justice with the 44-day Patriotic War," he added.

Hakan Fidan stated that currently, Azerbaijan and Armenia are very close to the signing of a peace agreement: "We completely support the progress of negotiations in the direction of peace."
