A delegation led by Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov participated in the second International Justice Conference held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabiaç Ministry of Justice told APA.
Within the framework of the conference, Minister Farid Ahmadov met with Justice Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Walid bin Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Samni. During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the development of friendly and cooperative relations between the countries in all areas, especially in the field of law and justice, and the importance of expanding mutual visits and exchange of experience was emphasized.
The parties also signed a Cooperation Program to strengthen the institutional foundations of cooperation in the field of justice. The program covers the organization of meetings in registration, notary and other justice bodies, learning of best practices, holding joint events between educational institutions and other areas.
It was noted that the conference, which covered November 23-24, was held with the participation of high-ranking state officials, representatives of international organizations, experts and scholars from more than 40 countries. The event featured a broad exchange of views on the future of technologies in justice and judicial systems, digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence, modern approaches in the field of legislation, improving alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and other relevant topics.
