“Economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Montenegro has always been a subject of discussion,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Ervin Ibrahimović, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, APA reports.
The minister noted that he considers the work of the Intergovernmental Commission very important in this regard: “Detailed discussions will be held regarding the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission. The existing details in the potential economic sphere have also been reviewed. The figures in the field of investment are more encouraging. The volume of trade turnover does not fully reflect the potential between the two countries.”
