On December 25, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, exchanged condolences on the first anniversary of the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane operating the Baku–Grozny flight near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
During the telephone conversation, A. Asadov expressed his gratitude to the government and people of brotherly Kazakhstan for their comprehensive support during those tragic days.
The heads of government conveyed their condolences to each other, to the families and relatives of the deceased, as well as to the peoples of both countries.
