Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Algeria signed an Agreement between the Governments of the Republic Azerbaijan and People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on Establishment of a Joint Commission for Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
