The equipment, weapons and ammunition taken in Nagorno-Karabakh during the 44-day war in which Azerbaijan liberated its lands worthed $ 4 billion. Some of that equipment and weapons are currently on display at the Military Trophy Park in Baku, said Viktor Yushchenko, former President of Ukraine (in 2005-2010) at a panel on "Eastern Partnership Program: What is its Potential?" held on the sidelines of the Global Baku Forum on "The world after COVID-19” held under the auspices of President Ilham Aliyev and organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, APA report.
Viktor Yushchenko, former President of Ukraine noted that Armenia and the so-called regime in Nagorno-Karabakh did not have the funds to buy this Russian-made equipment and weapons: “But how did these equipment and weapons appear there? The situation is similar in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, as well as in some of our territories. These questions should be answered.”
