EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi has met with the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Military Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev, Oliver Varhelyi tweeted in this regard, APA reports,
"Good meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev in Baku today. Ahead of Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council, we spoke of EU-Azerbaijan energy partnership+importance of energy security and discussed reinforcing our partnership under Economic and investment Plan, spoke of South Caucasus & EU support," noted in the tweet.
