The smear campaign by Armenia is nothing more than justifying and supporting war crimes, Aykhan Hajizadeh, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, wrote this on his Twitter account, APA reports.
"Azerbaijan's steps against the war criminal are based on international law and Azerbaijani legislation. Contrary to Armenia's claims, there are no restrictions on lawful actions in international humanitarian law. The smear campaign by Armenia is nothing more than justifying and supporting war crimes," Aykhan Hajizade said.
