"An important consensus was reached with Azerbaijan regarding the opening of regional communications with the launch of the Arazdeyen-Mehri-Horadiz railway line," Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan told journalists, APA reports.
Grigoryan noted that this is already a concrete agreement and it is clear to the parties in which direction the work will be done.
"Also, everyone understands that steps should be taken within the framework of the principle of sovereignty of the countries through which the road will pass," he said.
