An Armenian soldier has killed his fellow and injured other in occupied Azerbaijani territory of Nagorno Karabakh, ONA reports citing news.am.
Naira Harutyunyan, head of the Information and Public Relations Division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia said a fellow soldier has been detained in connection with the death.
She informed that a criminal case has been filed and an investigation is underway into compulsory conscript.
Harutyunyan added that a fellow serviceman of these victims has been detained on suspicion of committing this crime.
