Armenian public figures and media institutions are trying to justify the actions of the war criminal at the state level, Assistant of the President to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
According to him, "protests" by official, public and media institutions of Armenia to detention of war criminal Vagif Khachatryan, who killed 25 Azerbaijani civilians is nothing but an act of supporting and justifying war crimes at state level.
"He tried to use ICRC medical evacuation for human smuggling," he added.
