"On November 6, 2020, the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia began negotiations on the Trilateral Declaration on the end of military operations and ceasefire in Karabakh," Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said at the meeting of the parliamentary commission investigating the circumstances of the military operations that took place in the 44-Day War, APA reports.
According to him, he agreed to sign the declaration on one condition that there will be no provisions related to Shusha and the extraterritorial corridor passing through the territory of Armenia. In addition, Armenia offered to return Ağdam district in exchange for Hadrut.
According to Armenian PM, he had phone talk 60 times with Russian President Vladimir Putin during 44-day War.
Pashinyan stressed that around midnight (on the night of November 9-10, ed.), the intensity of military operations increased, and there were also reports of the presence of a large number of drones in the sky of Khankandi. Pashinyan added that he signed the known document after complex and lengthy discussions.
Note that currently the meeting of the commission on the investigation of the 44-day War is being held in the Armenian Parliament with the participation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. A number of high-ranking military and political figures were also invited to the meeting.
