The Arab world attaches great importance to relations with Azerbaijan, said Mohamed Ahmed Alyammahi, President of the Arab Parliament, who is on an official visit to the country, during a meeting today with Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis, the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament ) told APA.
Mohamed Ahmed Alyammahi also invited the Speaker of the Milli Majlis to attend and address a plenary session of the Arab Parliament.
After the meeting, the guest signed the Guest Book of the Milli Majlis.
The delegation led by Mohamed Ahmed Alyammahi also inspected the "Victory Corner" dedicated to the 44-day Patriotic War, created in the plenary session hall of the parliament and the lobby of the Milli Majlis.
