Paul Gosar, the US's Republican congressman representing the Arizona state of the US has commemorated the victims of the Khojaly genocide regarding the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide while delivering a speech at the Congress, APA reports.

"I deliver a speech in order to commemorate the Khojaly genocide that occurred on February 26, 1992, 30 years ago. I am here to once again commemorate the memory of the genocide victims. The Khojaly tragedy took place during Azerbaijan's conflict with neighboring Armenia. In the Khojaly district of the Karabakh region, civilian Azerbaijanis were targeted and fired indiscriminately. As a result, up to 613 civilians were killed and it is noted that there are more injured and hostages".
