British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld called Azerbaijan a valuable partner for Britain in the fields of defense and security, APA reports.
The ambassador wrote this on his "X" account while commenting on the meeting of Lord Vernon Coaker, Minister of State for Defense of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov.
"In October, we had our first meeting with the British military attaché and Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov. Now it is a pleasure to work on this foundation with British Defense Minister Vernon Coaker," the ambassador noted.
