Erdogan: Turkey will always stand by Azerbaijan

“As you know, we already have an agreement with Azerbaijan on military education. The agreement has been adopted by parliament. This agreement will take our solidarity to a much different platform,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on a visit back from Azerbaijan while responding to the question of journalists about Russian peacekeeping forces, APA reports citing Hurriyet newspaper.

Stressing that the issue regarding this he discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Erdogan said that Azerbaijani servicemen have already come to Turkey for education and training and will do it again: “There is a cooperation between us in intelligence and other fields. In other words, inshallah, Azerbaijan will not be without Turkey and our cooperation will continue in every field. We will continue this cooperation with Azerbaijan in political, military, economic, cultural, diplomatic and in every area.”
