According to a report cited by Bloomberg, approximately 2,400 civilians were killed in Ukraine in 2025 as a result of Russian strikes, APA reports.
The data, based on assessments by European governments, shows that civilian deaths increased by 30 percent compared to the previous year. Nearly 12,000 people were reported injured during the same period.
Since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a total of 14,900 Ukrainian civilians have been killed, while 40,400 civilians have sustained injuries.
The report notes that 758 children are among those killed, and 2,445 minors have been wounded since the beginning of the conflict.
