The European Union must develop a unified response to hybrid threats by 2030, EU Council President António Costa announced at a joint press conference with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda, who is visiting Vilnius, APA reports.
"We are keeping hybrid threats under review and have drawn up a plan to be ready for a unified response to them by 2030," the EU Council President said.
According to him, member states, the European Commission and all European institutions "are working together to prepare a unified response."
