“Hungarian companies have increased their investment interest in Azerbaijan,” said Samad Bashirli, the Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, investments of Hungarian companies have covered the service, trade, and transport sectors more.
“For example, last year, a cooperation agreement was signed between "Azerbaijan Investment Company" and "Hell Energy" company of Hungary. According to the document, the production and filling of aluminum beverage cans project is being implemented in Azerbaijan. 700 million aluminum beverage cans will be produced, filled and will mainly be exported to Central Asian countries within the project,” the Deputy Minister added.
