Nearly 675 million tons of oil (including gas condensate) and 519 billion cubic meters of gas have been produced from the “Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli” (ACG) and “Shah Deniz” fields in Azerbaijan’s sector of the Caspian Sea from the start of operation until April 1, 2026, the Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.
According to the information, since the commissioning of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz fields until 1 April 2026, nearly 675 million tons of oil (including gas condensate) and 519 bcm of gas have been produced. Specifically, 621.7 million tons of oil and 247.4 bcm of gas were produced from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, while Shah Deniz yielded nearly 53.3 million tons of condensate and 271.6 bcm of gas. Over the same period, 673 million tons of oil and 196.5 bcm of gas were exported.
