Investments of the Hungarian MOL company in the energy sector of Azerbaijan amounted to 2 billion dollars, said by Attila Somfai, executive director of MOL Azerbaijan, during the 10th session of the Azerbaijan-Hungary intergovernmental commission held today in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
"Our investments in the energy sector of Azerbaijan amounted to USD 2 billion, despite this, we expect to increase the volume of investments and our long-term cooperation", Attila Somfai noted.
The representative of MOL added that the company established effective cooperation with SOCAR within the framework of the development project of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field block, as well as in the field of supplying lubricants and improving oil refining.
