The main expectation from COP29 is the propose of documents in connection with climate finance, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lead Negotiator for 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) Yalchin Rafiyev said at the first press conference of the COP29 Presidency held today for journalists, APA reports.
He underscored that preparing new criterions of the documents regarding climate change and climate finance is the main expectation from COP29: “Because the documents related to the climate finance are not comprehensive enough for the problem solutions for the climate change that world faces. In this direction, bilateral and multilateral negotiations will be held on various platforms."”
