On the eve of COP29 in Azerbaijan, it was agreed to lay the foundation of 2 plants with a total capacity of 760 MW, the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov wrote on X, APA reports.
"Within the Advisory Council, we had fruitful discussions with the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei on our regionally important cooperation in the fields of production and export of the hydrocarbons and renewable energy. On the eve of COP29, we agreed to lay the foundations of 2 plants with a total capacity of 760 MW," the Minister noted.
