Russia is ready to hold a second summit with the United States in Budapest, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to her, if the need arises, contacts between the heads of the Foreign Ministries will continue.
Zakharova noted that the dialogue with Washington continues: "However, this is not happening as quickly as we would like. As for the state of Russian-American relations, there are many irritating factors inherited from the previous administration. With the advent of the new administration, we have felt a significant desire on their part to restore this dialogue," the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson emphasized.
