A Yerevan court has lifted the ban on former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan from leaving Armenia, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
According to lawyer Inessa Petrosyan, the petition she submitted at the court hearing held today was granted.
Note that the head of the opposition Hayastan faction in parliament was banned from leaving the country in the summer of this year as part of one of the criminal cases. Ohanyan is accused of embezzling 10,500 square meters of land in Gegharkunik.
