Official Yerevan has commented on reports regarding the possible involvement of Turkish companies in the implementation of the “Trump Route” project, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan stated that discussions are currently underway on creating an Armenia–US joint consortium, and any decision to be made afterward must align with the interests of both Yerevan and Washington.
The diplomat said he was not aware of Armenian media reports about the potential participation of companies from Türkiye.
“But I am certain that any issue must be resolved by Armenia and the United States,” Safaryan added.
