APA reports quoting Ukrainskaya Pravda and Censor.net websites, returning to the Independence Square after rejection of draft decision on resignation of government by Ukraine’s Verkhovna, opposition leaders directed a part of people in the square to block president’s residence.
Leader of the "Batkivshina" Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that the rally in front of the president’s headquarters will last until President Viktor Yanukovich and his government to resign and presidential elections are announced: “Yanukovich has tormented Ukraine about three years, now Ukraine will torment Yanukovich”.
To block the president’s headquarters from both sides, the oppositionists have formed two lines under the leadership of MPs Alexander Turchinov and Sergei Sobolev. Passat car blocked a road while a bus of “Batkivshina” party which was supplied with the loudspeaker was approaching the president’s building. A large number of police and Berkut special units of police have been attracted around the residence.
