The leader of the Armenian National Congress, the country’s first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan, made remarks at the rally held in Yerevan on March 1, APA reports citing Armenian media.
L.Ter-Petrosyan remarked in his speech during the rally in downtown Yerevan on March 1 that the approval of this declaration will include certain demands against Turkey in foreign policy.
“It’s not difficult to predict what consequences this sudden turning point is going to bring about. This declaration will create obstacles in the Karabakh settlement and Armenian-Turkish relations, causing us problems in the international community,” he said.
