Russian march organizers delay protest - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED

After the beginning of heavy rain, organizers have announced that the protest will not be held and they will sound their demands from the tribune.

Moscow police reported that about 8000 people participated in the march.

APA’s Moscow correspondent reports that the march has been started near Lyublino metro station.

Moving up to Bratislavskaya metro station, the marchers have held a protest there.

Leader of Great Russia (Velikaya Rossiya) party Andrei Savelyev, leader of Minin and Pozharsky national movement Yuri Yekishev, Russian nationalists Kvachkov, Barabash, Otrakovsky and others are expected to address the protest.

Metropolitan Police has deployed the quick reaction forces in the streets to protect public order. Security measures have been tightened due to the Russian march in all metro stations of the capital.
