Baku-APA. Russia’s Consultate General in New York has not received any information from the U.S. attorneys or any other official sources on whatever claims made against Russian diplomats, Consul General Igor Golubovsky told Itar-Tass, APA reports quoting Itar-Tass.
Somewhat earlier in the day, U.S. media issued reports alleging that “dozens of Russian diplomats and their spouses living and working in New York have been charged with defrauding the Medicaid system of about $ 1.5 million in benefits over a nine-year period.”
“Nobody sent anything to us /regarding the alleged misuse of Medicaid -- Itar-Tass/, nobody told us anything and nobody called us about it,” Golubovsky said.
