Russia hopes for progress at talks with Iran on nuclear transparency

“We hope the leadership in Teheran has given the entire delegation have the instructions making it possible to move forward,”, said deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov

Baku-APA. Russia hopes progress will be made at talks with Iran on the issues pertaining to the reactor in Arak and on transparency of the Iranian nuclear program, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told reporters here Monday, APA reports quoting ITAR-TASS.

“Proceeding from Russia’s national understanding of the situation, Arak and transparency are riper than all other items on the agenda for getting primary results on them by Friday,” he said.

Ryabkov said along with it that “the issue depends much more on the Iranian delegation than on the Russian delegation.”

“We hope the leadership in Teheran has given the entire delegation have the instructions making it possible to move forward,” he said.
