PAP MP Mikayel Melkumyan called on those who had assembled to again gather outside the NA building, to put pressure on the MPs inside and not to permit the ruling Republican Party to boycott the special session like it did on Monday.
Melkumyan has designed a new bill, which the aforesaid four forces will attempt to introduce to Tuesday’s special session. This draft law will enable the merchants to choose between either working with the old law, giving a 3.5 percent turnover tax, and refraining from documentation, or working with the new law, giving a one percent turnover tax, but carrying out documentation.
