Moscow. Farid Akbarov – APA. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday made a speech at the last plenary meeting of the State Duma.
The president expressed his content with the Duma’s activity and called the Duma’s 5th-convocation’s role in the integration of Crimea and Sevastopol historical.
Putin said the upcoming fall election for the Duma must take place in fair struggle of ideas, with no compromise.
“All are necessary—security and international relations. However, there is nothing more important than economy and the social sphere,” he stressed.
The next election for the State Duma will be held on September 18.
