The presidents of Russia and Turkey, Vladimir Putinand Recep Tayyip Erdogan, are currently speaking over the phone, RIA Novosti cited Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
Earlier, the Turkish newspaper Milliyet reported that the current state and future of relations between Turkey and Russia and the deadly terrorist attack at the Istanbul Ataturk Airport on June 28 will be discussed during the phone conversation that started at 12:00pm Turkey time.
