Baku - APA. A protest has been started against the devaluation of national currency and prices rise in Armenia.
Dozens of people have today gathered outside the government building in the capital. The protesters put in six requirements and demanded the government to meet these requirements by December 23, and otherwise, they will not do shopping from the super markets of oligarchs.
The protesters demanded the price of necessary consumer goods and services to be decreased to the pre-crisis level, the price of gas to be reduced in gas filling stations, the citizens’ debts in dollars to be re-calculated and the market to be liberated by eliminating monopolies. The initiators of the protest stated that a social explosion will happen in the country in case these requirements are not met.
