Hasanov noted that the meeting took place at the regional administrative building and the OSCE Commissioner concerned herself with the living conditions of ethnical minorities and people from the post-Soviet countries: “Thors asked whether Russians, Azerbaijanis, Georgians, Armenians and people from other CIS countries are exerted pressures or not and was interested in ethnic relations and other issues. Of course, in our responses, we said that there are no facts of pressure and everything and ethnic relations are normal.”
