Orkhan Zeynalov says in interrogation that he was not at the crime scene - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED

Baku-APA. “Orkhan Zeynalov committed the murder of Biryulevo resident Yegor Shcherbakov on hooliganism”, says the Investigative Committee of Russia, APA reports quoting "Interfax".

On Friday, official representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said that Orkhan Zeynalov can face 8-12 years or life imprisonment.

The murder suspect of killing a young man in â€‹â€‹West Biryulevo area of Moscow Orkhan Zeynalov pleaded not guilty in the interrogation and said that he even was not at the crime scene, said official representative of the Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin, APA reports quoting RIA Novosti.

"According to the investigation, Zeynalov pleaded not guilty on the accusation. Although he used to say to the interrogation that it was he who stabbed Yegor Shcherbakov at night from 9 to 10 October 2013, but today he announced that he even was not at the crime scene and did not commit murder, "- he said.

Murder charge was brought against Azerbaijani citizen Zeynalov Orkhan, who had previously been detained and arrested on suspicion of the murder of Yegor Sherbakov in Moscow's Biryulevo.
