The spokesperson noted that Russia’s attitude towards the Great Patriotic War and glorification of Nazism is obvious. “Thus, the installation of a monument to Garegin Nzhdeh in Yerevan is unclear for us,†she said.

Zakharova recalled that in 2014, the UN adopted a resolution fighting the glorification of Nazism on Russia’s initiative and Armenia voted in favor of it.
