Managers of Nat Press Club and MIA "KazTAG" are suspected of embezzlement and tax evasion

Anti-Corruption Agency of Almaty established fraud for more than 300 mn tenge in 2011-2015, BNews.kz reports.

So, funds allocated to the Committee on Information and "Kazakhtelecom" JSC for the promotion of public policy information and material disposition in print have been stolen.

For this purpose designated offices made contracts with TOO "MIA KazTAG" and "National Press Club" Public Association. The main conditions of the customer is a general open access and information to the public on the ongoing policy of the state.

However, these conditions have not been met. The information paid by the state to accommodate the media was published improperly in private mode; access to it is available for a surcharge.
