Lefortovo court in a closed regime arrested the Deputy head of the own security service of the TFR

Baku-APA. Lefortovo court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest of Deputy chief of service of own safety of the Moscow Central Board of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Lamanova, who was detained earlier on Tuesday along with other senior Department officials on suspicion of abuse of office and accepting bribes from representatives of the criminal community, APA reports quoting RBC.

At the request of the lawyers of the detainees, the court chose a measure of restraint to the detainee in private. Protection Lamonova insisted that an open process might jeopardize the security as the employee of the TFR and its relatives. Ultimately, the court asked all those present, including journalists and two relatives Lamonova, to leave the courtroom.

At the end of the meeting, the lawyer Olga Lukmanova also told reporters that the defense asked to postpone the trial for 72 hours to collect medical records. She explained that her client is suffering from a stomach ulcer, but the court turned them down. The lawyers asked not to arrest their client, and to send under house arrest in a service apartment in which lives of Limonov. She also noted that the guilt of the employee of the TFR does not recognize.

Journalists were allowed into the courtroom only on the reading result of the decision. In the end, the court decided to elect as a preventive measure, the content in jail until September 15. During the announcement of the judge Pyotr Stupin reported that Limonov suspect in part 6 of article 290 of the criminal code (receiving a bribe by the person, group of persons upon a preliminary collusion in especially large size), according to the journalists of”media zones”.

According to him, the detained senior officials of the TFR allegedly “refused to initiate a case upon the dead Chopovtsev”.

“As a result, the case against the TFR employees was initiated by the FSB,” – said the source, noting also that the fact of bribery did not exist. “It didn’t have any money”, – said the Agency interlocutor.

Journalists of TASS, in turn, write that in the production of the first Deputy head of GSU SK across Moscow Denis nikandrova, also a detainee at Lamonby and Maximenko, there were no criminal cases.

“When you go to the post of first Deputy head of GSU Nikandrov passed all criminal cases. His current position does not involve personal participation in the investigation”, – said the Agency informed source.

The Agency also suggested that the arrest nikandrova as the other two IC staff should not affect the work of the investigating bodies GSU SK across Moscow. Previously, the Agency wrote that the detainee Nikandrov “during the interrogation the suspect denied all charges, claiming his innocence to the bribery”.
