Baku-APA. As much as 15 billion U.S. dollars of financial aid to Ukraine will not affect the salaries to budget-financed employees and pensioners, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets told reporters on Wednesday, APA reports quoting Itar-Tass.
“The question that the pensioners will be affected somehow by this decision is not on the agenda of the Russian state, all rights of pensioners and budget-financed employees are protected reliably, they are envisaged in the budget that is enacted for three years,” the deputy prime minister noted.
