Court to issue Permyakov verdict on August 23

Baku - APA. The Gyumri Court will issue the verdict for Valery Permyakov – Russian soldier who murdered 7 members of the Avetisyan family – on August 23 at 12:00. ARMENPRESS correspondent reported from the Court room attorney Eduard Aghajanyan published the defense speech during the trial, and Permyakov refused the chance of his last speech. On January 12, 2015, Russian soldier Valery Permyakov murdered 7 members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri. The youngest victim was a 6 months old baby. Permyakov was apprehended while trying to cross the Armenian-Turkish border.
