He was murdered on the same spot, where the earlier attempt at his life took place: in between locality Mikhailovka and Alchevsk, on the highway Lugansk-Alchevsk.
According to preliminary reports the jeep, in which Mozgovoy rode, was fired at from firearms, including a machine-gun. The head and the body of the commander were severely injured. Also three civilians died in the accident. An unknown covert group is responsible for this assassination. Unfortunately, the assaulters managed to escape.
The details are being specified. The information was confirmed by several troopers of “Ghost” brigade.
